Event Manager downloading start date 1969-12-31 20:00 AST (Windchill 9.1 M060)

Hi All,

I am using Windchill 9.1 M060. I noticed on the Eventing Manager multiple downloading events started but not doing anything. The strange thing is the start date: "start date 1969-12-31 20:00 AST ". We here are suffering throught very slow uploading, downloading, checking in/out, could these weird downloading events be the cause of the slowness?

Does anyone know how to correct this in windchill?
