Using SW in topography

Hi all !

I try to use SW in topography but I encountered some problems:

1) In topography the trigonometric circle has 400 grades (not only 360 like in math). Can I (re)set that in order to avoid the transformations ?

2) The unit for length (in topography) is the meter and the maximum distances (for my country) is 1.000.000 meters. SW don't allow me to use a number as big as 1 000 000 for meters. I know: I can use millimeters then scale the drawing (in Autocad) but this is a more one step.

3) (this is not very important) The axis in topography are OX - oriented
to North and OY - oriented to EST (The OZ axis is oriented to the sky).
Is there (in SW) any way to change axis orientations ?

That is for now. I'll see if I fall in new troubles after I solve this.

I use SW 2007. Can you inform me if the newer versions allow me to accomplish what I need ?

Than you !
