One of our newer users made a revision increase change by mistake and I cannot find any way to undo/reverse it.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Found nothing in the help center guide and not asked PTC support yet as I

You can delete the document - before it asks are you sure, it will ask if you want to delete:

the latest iteration
the latest revision
all iterations & revisions

Robert,
Just noticed my reply lost something in the posting.

I was hoping to find a way to undo the entire change instead of having to do one item at a time.

I looked at one file and deleting only the latest revision is not a choice. I can choose from:
*All iterations
*All revisions
*latest iterations

On this part I'm trying to go from 1.0 back to 0.0.

Is there an admin setting that will let me choose only the latest revision?

Bill

Open a new workspace check out previous version that doesn't have the new revision on it then save to backup directory.

Exit workspace an open workspace where bad file exists. Open part from backup directory the file!

This will over write the old bad file with older but good file!

All iterations means all iterations of the chosen revision level
All revisions means every revision of the file
Latest iterations means the last iteration of the current revision
