WF5 M050 suddenly refuse to start

I need help on this issue. PC is Dell precision M4500.
I did not change any hardware or software settings.
I tried to start it with config.pro with only one line "graphics win32_gdi" - no success.
There's no std.out or std.err files. There's no splash screen.
I uninstalled M050 and reinstalled M060 - no success.
On same machine creo 2 works fine.

Thank you.

When I restarted pc with already plugged in net cable it worked.
With connection via WIFI not working. There's no any warnings or errors.
I am sure that before worked either way.
Any thoughts?

That is due to something Microsoft calls media sensing. It's turning off your hardwired NIC when the cable is not plugged in and obviously that's the NIC your WF5 is licensed to. Disable media sensing and you may be OK. The reason I say may is that the order of the cards is important too. You may have to go into the registry and make sure the hardwired NIC is first.

I double checked: license is locked to wifi adapter, like it was from beginning.
I tried to reorder network cards and to disable media sense feature - all without success.
Like I just wrote before - Creo2 still works on that pc with license locked to same wifi adapter.
In the end, I suspect that some windows update done that il last few days.
