Desktop sharing makes slower

Dear all,

I did desktop sharing with my friend by netmeeting.
after that my pro/E feels much slower, it's feels like I'm still in the net meeting even if I restart my computer.

Does any of you ever have this kind of problem?
What should I do to make my Pro/E as fast as before?

Plz do following tasks after pressing windows key+R
1.%TEMP% -DELETE ALL FILES
2.PREFETCH -DELETE ALL FILES
3.TEMP - DELETE ALL FILES

above 3 operations will solve your problem.Very very important task plz perform weekly once-defragment your hard drive partitions.
