problem with internal threading

hi,
i'm having trouble with creating inner threading for a broject i'm working on for class
the part is a hinge and it has a threaded hole on it's side
when i creat the threading it damages the cylinder and it doesn't look right
and my teacher said it has to be threaded so i cant use cosmetics
this is an image for the part and the broblem

That is pretty close to how it would look if you put a thread thrua cylinder like that.
Whatmost fabricators would do before threading a cylinder is to put a chamfer on the hole. Try that and your model would look better.
