Help with knurling- VSS

Guys

I am trying to create a diamond shape knurling but apparently mine is failing wheni increase the etch depth past .080" (relations D307) located on the helical sweep; where it starts to loose its diamond shape (heigh+width). As a long as D307 falls below D312 (.080) found on relations in VSS feature, there shouldnt be any problem. I increased D312 to 0.110 to accomodate the etch but the diamond starts to skew.

thanks i appreciate any input. You will need W4.0. Only need to modify relation dim D307 & D312 and it will update the left handed sweeps. Objectives is to keep the 25 deg tool angleand the height+width; the latter isdetermined by the number of sweeps (37) and the 60deg angle (assumed-not on my file). Say height=pitch/no.coils=0.661 or 0.381*tan60=0.661

width=0.661*tan30=0.381

have you tried offsetting the cut surfaces? i didn't get what the end goal is but try doing an offset, it'll preserve angles and you must calculate the requred offset distances. see the pic bellow:
