I'm trying to make a UDF. It consists of a coordinate system with 3 datum planes and some features which reference these datums.
I want to have the UDF so that when I place it i can choose a coordinate sytem in the part to place the UDF on. However, when I select all these features to be included into the UDF I can't select the menu option to define the placement reference but can define the UDF.
When placing the UDF Somehow ProE automatically places it on the main coordinate system of the part.
I want to have a UDF that only uses a coordinate system for placement and I want to able to choose the correct coordinate system when placing it.
Is this possible an if so, how can it be done?
