method for finding small hole in quilt

Ive got a fairly complex quilt that SHOULD be closed. I am wondering if anyone knows a way to have pro highlight where the (perhaps infinitesimal) hole is. I know there is a way to do this (i think with sweeps?) as i was shown a long time ago, I just cant figure it out.

As usual, all help is appreciated.

create an extrude surface... Merge the remaining half. Try to solidify. if it works then you know your problem is in the other half. Adjust the extrude surface till it fails. There is your problem area.

change your inner edge quilt color to black and your
background to black and make sure you have a clean
screen so you dont mistake a spec of dust for an outer
edge.

I'd suggest changing you colors to pre-WF. Then instead of the silly light purple/dark purple quilt colors, you get purple inner and yellow outer edge colors. That should help find the opening.

If not, Bart's method is the way to go.
