components desappear or clip on views.

Tried to change  View -> drawing display -> component display -> Blank / Unlbnak with no success.

Please see PDF attached with pectures.

Thanks a lot

hi,

if you have already tried: View -> drawing display -> component display -> Blank / Unlbnak    other reasons what I can think are as below

1. you might have hidden the part in the assy model and layer display status for the particular view should have been selected as "copy status from 3D model".

2. from your 4th slide what I see is that the component exists, it is casting a shadow on other parts, so try "View> drawing display> component display> style" and see what color is set

3. look for simplified reps.

this looks strange, even I am interested in the correct answer.

We had this happen when a surface is covering geometry. You might want to check to see if there is a surface copy or surface from a skeleton that is not hidden since it appears you have tangent edges showing.

Hi Guys

Thanks for replying.

Oddly enough,  some components were intersecting each other on assembly, and I believe that may have been causing the display issue.

I fix components placement and it fixed the issue.

dear dpinho,

I would like to tell you one thing.

Please avoid posting the entire drawing, that too with cummins logo. every single drawing, let it be a washer if it is on the company drawing template it is a confidential property and shall not be displayed in public.
