I misght be being a bit blonde here, but how exactly do i add dimensions with pro e wildfire3? Im used to using wild fire 2.0 at uni, and I can dimension in that (its been a while but I managed it) but when I try in 3.0 it all goes wrong. I dont just get Xmm dimension, it get the dimension say 459, 99-460, 01.

what does all this mean? all i want to be to able to clock on a line then click again and vowla, line length, and the same with the radius of the cylinders.

Any help would be most appreciated as this is driving me mad.

cheers

Karl.

I had to check on this since I'm not use to seeing dimensions with a comma. If you want to change that set the decimal marker under Drawing Options. The dimension has a tolerance of ±.01 and the dimension is shown with the limits option. Select your dimension right click>properties and change to nominal. Also check the tol_mode option in the config.pro. Set the value to nominal.

You have default seting to show dimensions as limits.Try to select all dimensions if your drawing is ready and right click- properties-tol mode -nominal

Not to do this all the time you need to edit your drawing setup file.
