while I totally understand the point you are making with this, the reality is that many development firms sub out the machining of their tools to any number of suppliers and not all of those...
@srieger - this is very simple and great solution!
Is there any way to get the sheet location of a part/assy to show in a repeat region?
I can get the zones.
When you make the relation make the dimension absolute. Example: $d1=prameter
I would create a datum plane at the lowest point the header will go. Then assemble the header to a datum plane that is offset from this "lowest" point. Now your numbers will go from 0 to 200.
