Initial Position of Gear Pairing

I'm designing an engine with a double overhead cam and I need the gear
connection between them to be be offset by 110 degrees in order for the
proper timing of the firing. How do I relate two axis of rotation to
be offset by 110 degrees permenantely?

When you have the view you want of the part, assembly or whatever, go to File, Save as Copy... , then drag the file type down to *jpg (jpeg) and it'll save your current view as a picture...hope this is what you were asking about.
