Creat Foreign datum surface pro/toolkit?

Hello. We have a user who wants to know:


Is there any possibility of creating new surfaces for which i have mathematical representation of an analytic surface through Pro/Toolkit. The inbuilt surfaces are not able to meet my requirement. May i know how can i make use of foreign datum surface creation in this?
