while using multi cavity split

the parting surface is taking

for reference part only it,s not consideringg all parts

can any body help me

thanks from

sreenivasan

are the multi cavity impression of the same part?

If so, what I do is split only one part then use a surface copy / transform

in part mode the cut use quilt to make the other impression. This way you

only build 1 partying surf and the split is easier to work with.

hope this helps

Dear Sreenivasan

my name is vijay .u can see my profile in the same site, i am not getting u what u r actually saying whether the componnts are same?or its a family mold ?

if it is same component means make the major parting surfaces in the part module itself & create the main parting surface in the mold cavity module ,try to merge it, if itis not get merging means select both the surfaces by holding ctrl ,u will get it,

try it
