In our companywe do quite a bit of rendering, and since I am in CAD support,I have had some contact with it (I am not rendering myself).
One thing we did come up withis a "photo studio assembly". We have an assembly, allsetup withthe stuff we normally use in a render session. When it's time to render a new product, we simply assemble the product into our 'studio' assembly , finetune it and render. It is quick and easy (acc to the guys using it).
