what the heck does this mean???

BTW this is a pro-e neutral import as my design model, the model is not that complex and the parting surf i made looks like a shadow and covers the entire top half of the ref model extended out to the wrokpiece (like shadow).

but the thing will not split???

Check the accuracy of all components, I use absolute .0005

Also check to make sure you don't have any holes in your parting surface.

If you want to zip it up and sent I take alook at it

PM me to let me know

dude, i've been using pro-e since '98 so the accuracy issues and PL holes are a none issue.

the funny part is pro crashed and i restarted my puter and everything worked fine??

go figure.

p.s. i can't send you files since i have a special approach to mold split and that info is not gonna get out unless somebody is paying for it.
