Can anyone tell me of how to manually set the accuracy levels in Pro/Engineer so that it detects even the slightest interference between components say, 0.01 units.thanks in advance.

Hi...

If you are using Pro/Engineer 2001 go to Setup --->Accuracy...(Relativr/Absolute)...

or if you are using Pro/E wilfdire ...

you will find the same option in ....Edit ---->Setup---->Accuracy...

i hope this is what you need....

hi,

i am assembling a shaft of dia 165.01 inches on to a block with hole of dia 165 inches. my realtivepart acuracies were set at default of 0.0012inches. but it is ot able to detect the interfernce of 0.01inches bet shaft and hole. i also tried the config option of clearance_triangulation to high. but only in vain. the minimum dai of the shaft for which it detects the interference in this case was 165.15 inches.

hope now my problem is better understood. kindly help me on this regard. thanks in advance.
