Unfolding dilemma...

I'm designing a sheet metal dome. I've been able to develop the basic geometry fairly easily; however, the unfolding is killing me. I'm hoping a guru can figure out how to flatten something like the attached file...

I would say start your part in sheet metal. I just did it and it worked fine.

change the order.


I mean create your desired part by bending it not unbending it and it will work.
