Anybody can do this?

I only see a rectangle that's highly overdimensioned. But what is your question more specifically? How to create reference dimensions? How to create diametral dimensions (across centerline)? Or something else?

If I understand what you are after correctly, you want to dimension the box as if it were mirrored.

If so, then mirror the box, and set the mirrored box line style to construction. Then add your dimensions.

I wouldn't do the mirror thing. put in a centerline horizontal and
dimension by selecting the line then select the centerline then the
line again and middle mouse button to place the dimension.
