Intralink 3.3

Hi

Is there anyone who can help me resolve this issue:

"Error while loading DLL LoadDll for required trigger Load Dll. If trigger is not required and DLL loading error happens it's just ignored."

With this problem I can not login to Intralink. How to clear the login trigger?

Thank you

jhun

Looks like you're set up to use a trigger?

You can view these via the Admin section (and change them if you're logged in as administrator) - the error probably means it can't find the dll file - if you have this, place a copy in your Intralink\bin folder...

The trigger is a small program, someone created it for you to do a certain task. It will need to be pointed to by intralink (in the admin section where you just removed it). The dll, in turn, might have to have fileslocated somewhere to function.

Example: You have a dll for autonumbering of parts etc. The dll is known by intralink. The dll however needs a textfile on c:\temp (example...) that holds the next partnumber to assign. If the textfile is missing, the dll will not be able to run and you get an error message.

You need to contact whoever created the dll to ask about the setup.

Also, dll's for intralink is compiled for different intralink versions and different operating systems. Do you have the correct one? Again, you need to ask the creator/supplier of the dll.

thanks guys!
