Unbend a hemisphere

Hello All

I am a new user to pro sheetmetal. I need to unbend a hemispheical sheetformed by revolving an arc through 360 deg. Please help me resolve my problem.

3D bends typically do not unbend in sheetmetal.

If you refer to real life there is also no way you can fold a piece of paper to form a hemisphere.

As far as ProE/sheetmetal is concerned you can make a 3D deformation by using a die you press in, a feature that can be undone when flattening the part. But the inner workings of ProE are such that this deformation doesn't consume any material. More : it even keeps wall thickness equal. And I'm pretty sure that deep-drawing sheetmetal in real life doesn't work this way.

AHA-D has it- those types of features would in the 'real' world need to be made by a die-formed deformation, and cant be 'unbent'.
