Saving changes in IGES Automatically

Is there any way we can reflect the changes in prt or asm files in IGES files automatically.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />

I think it's not posible to make iges filesparametric with proe part or assembly...

Only through some sort of automation, where you check filedates of the IGES exports against the original files.


Data translation is a one-way non-associative process. There is no filetype or program that I'm aware of that stores conversion info.

You could make a mapkey that saves the object and creates an iges file.
