Hello everyone,

I am not clear on process of parts assembly thatemploy skeleton method. If you have any tutorial or material that explain this process, please forward it me.

Thanks,

Hoang

Since skeleton models are "imaginary" parts that contain no solid geometry, they really have no effect on how you use Pro/Process.

Skeleton models are used in Top Down Design to (1) provide a framework onto which all components will be assembled, allowing you to assemble components in any order, or assemble components when the intermediate components have not yet been designed, and (2) consolidate all common geometry in one location so that you can copy and reference geometry from the skeleton into any components that need those common references. Skeleton models allow you to propagate changes to components simply and easily, because all you have to do is change the geometry in the skeleton and regenerate the assembly, and all components that reference the skeleton will update automatically.
