To elaborate on what Israr says

To minimize the size of a file (for sending with email as an example) is to suppress all features. The size of the featuredefinitions doesn't take as much space as the finished calculations and values of the geometry definitions.

Example: Pattern a hole with a million copies (it's theory here, ok.... Easy to define in a short instructionina suppressed patternfeature. If the feature is not suppressed however, the geometrydefinition (ie shape and location) of each hole has to be in the file with real numbers, and the file grows in size.

Hi Levancuong

Here is a solution, Hope this will help for you,

Create a new empty file with another name using same start part or as you wish.

Go to Insert -> Sharedata -> Merge from other model .

It will ask you to select model of another window or Open mode to select the model.(Both are ok)

Then your model will dump with this new part, Then you can keep working with this file.

Size of the model will reduce by 1/2 size. You can continue further with this model.

What ever changes you make with your original model this file also will get update.

This is the best option for reducing your file size without loosing your data.

Mohanbabu,

But then it will be a dependent part and also you can't change things directly.
