family tab in mold design

hi everybody
Is that possible to give famtab option in the mfg. /mold cavity module
More descriptive
1.I have created a part file and alongwith ive created one instance for the same
2.Now im creating a mold in the manufacturing for the part file namely the generic
3.Now is that possible to have the same mould being updated to my instance that ive created in the part file.How to replace the generic by the instances.


I AM USING PROE 2001

1) Create your mold split using the generic part file.


2) Have all mole files (manufacturing files), assembly files, and part files in session.


3) Open the part file /family table / select the instance / edit - copy nistance to generic / let the model regenerate.


4) Open the mold file and regenerate.


5) Open the assembly file (if you modeled the mold base etc.) and regenerate.


Done.
