model status message

When we have a simplified rep of an assembly open, at the bottom of the screen, it informs us of the simplified rep name. Does anyone know how to switch this off?


An ex-colleague of mine would like to blank this info for video making purposes.


Can it be done? can the font colour be changed to the same as the background colour maybe?

No, you cannot turn the status off but you could change the size of it.


If you change the size of the font it also effects something else, the config.pro and the something else escapes me at the moment, ifI find it I will post it.
