Right angle attachment and "A" rotary

I have an issue maybe some else has come across


1.CL data incorrect when right angle head is on compound angle using head (which can rotate about z axis )and A axis to achieve compound angle to machine a pocket in 3 axis that equalx,y,z,. not A A and head only index .

You must use attachment and browse to assembly or model file!!


There is not alot of support for this feature but it does work


Several years ago I got into it pretty heavy,If I recall correctlyI used translations in gpost to make it work!


Now it seems there is actual support in gpost to make it work!!


The angle head never looks upright it always flipped around but that may be fixed now !


I believe it only works in 3 axis toolpaths

The head control can be handled in GPOST. You have to fix certain dimensions and then write variable data into the cl file.

You must create new cord system with z point towards the desired direction then use that cord. sys. only in seq not operation and delete retract in operation !


Pay close attention to my cord. sys. on my attachment it is a must !!!!
