I am not a Pro/E user, so I don't know much about itor how it interacts with OS, hardware etc.. and the machinebelongs to aremote user in my co. So I can't just grab it and figure this out. When he was traveling a couple of weeks ago he had to use a wireless NIC provided by the hotel. When he used the wireless connection to connect to the internet he was unable to use his Pro/E. To make this worse, there is a bit of a language barrier as he speaks mostly Mandarin. To add more fun, hislaptop's default language is Mandarin and I'm a good ol southerner!
If somebody can walk me through how to fix this problem I would greatly appreciate it. If necessary please feel free to call me.
