All most all browsers, reports and forms of Intralink uses Columns to display/organise the information based on the Table configuration. If the size of the columns is not set while creating the table configuration, system uses the default size.Even if the size is set, and if the size of the column is less than the size of the text it shows up; users generally drag the column to increase/decrese the size fo the column. Use this technique to Autosize the column.
Right clicking on any column header Autosizes that Column.
Right clicking on any column header while holding down the SHIFT key autosizes all the columns.
