I would disagree with the previous post. I was a mediocre C programmer and Toolkit was not the easiest thing to learn. Its not so much the code as it is putting together your first simple app, and knowing where to place all the files and stuff. I had the PTC 5 day training and it helped me immensely. Once they get you on your feet, then the userguide becomes your best friend. Etrage offers some toolkit traing. See etrage.com. I took mine from PTC over 5 yeras ago.
