exporting an animation

I'm doing an animation in WF engineer and wanted to export the animation, but it doesnt tell me what format i would it to save to, and saves it as an .fra file.



is there anywaythat I can save the file as a mpeg or avi?

I've figured it out now, by pressing the capture button in the playback window this gives you other options of how you want to export it.
