Creating and unbending a sheet metal component

Hi,

I am new to solid works and I am in a fix. I have a component (Attached here) i need to create the same in solid works and unfold it for development drawing. Can somebody help me with instructions to do it?

Steps for creating this item

You will need to start with a flat rectangle. Then insert a 180deg bend in the middle with the radius you need. This will give you the U shaped part.
Now create a cut to split the top flats from the bottom flats.
Insert a sketched bend with the same radius.
