i have downloaded solidworks 2010 on my new computer (with windows 7)

it works ok besides an irritating problem:

when i open a new part / sheet the active area (the whole screen besides the tools)

shows bu default about 400% big, only about a 1/4 of the part can be seen and also the featoure manager tree is included again in this zoomed in area.

when i press front view the priview becomes normal (100% view)but when i click right/left mouce button either on the feature manager tree or on an active line within a sketch

it jumps into this close up again.

i tryed to reinstall the program and install it again but no change.

what should i do?my screen (24") and my mouseworks good with all different programs/

Hi gozmi,

I dont know whether its a graphics card problem or not. u
can have check in solidworks itself,
goto view > toolbars > customize.
a new window will open. in that toolbars tab,
you disable/uncheck the " use large buttons with text" and
"large icons" options.

hope this helps you out.
