I'm looking for an existing Bend Table for Stainless Steel

Currently Pro/E only has Bend Tables for:

Table1:

Soft Brass & Copper

Table2

Hard Brass & Copper

Soft Steel

Aluminum

Table3

Hard Copper

Bronze

Cold Rolled Steel

Spring Steel

hello

You must create your own *.bnd table if you want to use other material than proe defaults

also proe's bend table covers (in inches) bend tables for 90 degrees bend so you must create multiple bend tables (for all angular bends) if you want to have right results

Default table 3 is the closest but...

There are many types and tempers of stainless steel and each shop usually has a different bend table based upon their own experience and equipment.

Same job, different fabricator = different bend allowance.

It is best to make up a table or select a K value based upon feedback from the fabricator. If you are the fabricator then cut and measure accurately a piece of stock you are going to use and bend and accurately measure it again to find the bend allowance.
