From the picture, my guess is that the outside radius (O.D.) of the tube exceeds or is equal to the bend radius of the sweep.
Also, I do not see any tangent constraints between the bend radius and the straight line portion of the sweep path. Verify the bend radius is tangent to the intersecting straight line portions of the sweep path.
