drawing up a card guide in solid works

Can any one tell me what steps to take to draw a card guide in solid works. I'am new to solid works and need some help
 
right... what's a card guide... you know your job, we don't...

A card guide is a channel formed into sheet metal to hold pc boards. it is a u shaped form that has no bend relief, it just tapers bach into the flat. I have searched the internet to find a pic but most are not detailed enough to see. I don't need it unfold but that would be nice. Hope this helps
 
sketch single line shape w/out thickness, click on sheetmetal base, define thickness and depth, complete. post email and i can send you a file.
