real view

The option real view in my computer is grayed out and can't access this setting. Is that because the video card?


I'm using a Dell laptop Studio 17


The graphic card is a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 and running SW09

yes, it probably is the graphics card. You can check your hardware on the SolidWorks website to see if it is supported.
