If you successfully import the Parasolid as a true solid (not surfaces) with uniform thickness, then you should simply be able to Insert > Sheet Metal > Bends to create a Sheet Metal part. But that sounds too easy to be the answer you seek. Sounds like perhaps you're either not dealing with a true solid, or you're dealing with a true solid that does not have uniform thickness. If my info doesn't help then post back with more detail.
yes,it is a true solid with uniform thickness but looks like the softwere seperate the bends so i canot unflod the part <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />
