We are using a networked version of SolidWorks. Recently we acquired a new server and all appropriate files transferred to it. Prior to that, the toolbox (standard screws, nuts, washers, etc) were working fine with multiple users logged on. Now we have a problem that if any user has an assembly open with (ie) BHSC Screw used on their assembly another user CAN NOT insert that same part into their assmebly.
Any help out there? It is quite frustrating! The only way we have been able to work around it is finding the person who is using that part, ask to close the assembly and THEN we can insert our "screw".
Thanks for ANY suggestions
