modeling conveyor belt physics

I am modeling a packing assembly which moves contents with conveyer belts using SolidWorks 2007 and animated withCOSMOSmotion. I have the belts designed and the rollers function properly, but when boxes are placed on the belt they do not move. It appears that thebelt is staying stationary, butthe rollers arebothrotating together. Is there any way to have the belt function like a real conveyer belt?

have u tried running and calculating the gravity simulation before using COSMOSmotion?
