issue in hatch area position

Hi, I'm a new user in solidworks and i'm facing a problem to create multiple 2D drawing at a time.

My assemblyconsists a few different configuration say 70 and 80. I drew a few welding points in the generated 2D drawing of configuration "70" using lines and hatch(with relations of coincidents on the drawing parts).

When i switched it to configuration "80"in the assembly 3D drawing, the hatch and lines supposed to follow the configuration and stick to its coincident but it didn't work. Instead of this, it generated a lot of errors with no solution suggested.

I tried this before a few days ago with other assembly and it worked well. This time i thought i'm following the same method but it turns out to be ton of funny errors. I just wonder what's going on?

thanks you.

Kaijium,

first off. what version of software are you using?

my suggestion is to "modify" your installation. This will cure any bad dll files you might have and probably eliminate the "ton of funny errors".

If it worked before, it will work again, something just got messed up.

good luck
