Zoom makes sketch disappear

Good God, the SW website and their customer support is as horrid as anything I've ever seen!

Anyhow, after I dimension a sketch and zoom all, the sketch recedes to a small dot on my screen. It's something about the dimension lines being a mile long or something. I'm dead in the water until I get some help with this. Anyone?

Try form tools->options ->Document Properties->Annotation Display->Allways display same size ( chek)
