Radeon X1950

Hi , I have a Radeon X1950 with 256Mb Ram on board and when use Solidworks the button "realview graphics" and "Real view 3d Dynamic" in not enabled (in dark grey). Maybe is for the graphics card which is not compatible with software or RAM is not too much.
