Help on drawing symbol

Shin

New member
Hello.

First of all sorry for my bad english.

I got this problem I can't fix. Think it's quite a dumb question, but I really cannot figure out how to do it. :(

- I need to draw a symbol, a black-filled triangle, and save it in my library for further use.

I tried to draw it and save it as a block, but doing so, I lose the inside-colour, having only an empty triangle.
I tried to use the surface default triangle symbol but it is still empty inside.
I tried to import an object, like tif or psd with a trasparent bottom, but it results a black triangle on a white layer. @_@

Please tell me if you know a way to do it, and store in my library, I'll be very thankful.

Hello Shin,

Maybe this will work,

Start a new drawing,
Sketch a triangle
Select the complete triangle and set the line color to black (Toolbar Line format )

Select Area hatch/Fill from the annotation toolbar,
In the propertymanager set properties to solid
Click with mouse in area inside the triangle and click ok

Select line with filled area and click Right Mouse button (RMB) =>
Select Make block from the menu.
click ok

RMB Click on triangle ( is a block now) and select save block

To insert block
Insert =>Annotations => block

With regards
