BOM Formatting problem

Has anyone had an issue with a custom BOM not keeping its formatting settings? I've modified the standard BOM to include a couple of custom properties, and reformatted the row and column widths to fit my titleblock better, and saved it to use in other drawings. When I try to insert it in a new drawing, two of the columns come in wider than the original and I have to change the column widths to fix it.


Any ideas what might be causing this? I'm using Solidworks 2007 SP3.1

if ur bom contains some informations which extends beyond ur coloumn width then coloumn width becomes wide by itself and even if u cut short that information ur bom wont update as per ur standard setting. i have experienced this many times. then i use to update it manually
