Sketch Driven Pattern Error with Fillet

SW2006 SP4.1



Here is the link to my part. I was only able to make a sketch
driven pattern with the revolve and the extrude/circular pattern and not the rest of the
features:

pattern. Create the revolve, create the extrude/stiffener,
fillet stiffener, circular pattern of stiffener, Sketch driven
pattern of above features.

It's the fillet that's killing you. Remove the fillet from the first pattern, Proceed with the pattern(s). add the fillet in last.
