SW2007 Saving Slow

Hello,


I have SW2007 X64 and ever since i upgraded from SP2.0 to SP3.1 the program launch speed and save time have increased. Anyone have the same issue or solution? I've talk to SW support and they can't figure it out.

Dell Precision PWS690, Intel Xeon CPU 3.20Ghz


3.19 GHz, 4.00 GB Ram
