shrink a model

Hello,

How do I do this:

Imagine a model of a washer with inner and outer radii. I want to increase the inner radius without changing the outer radius. I also have a complex interdigitated pattern on the "washer" that needs to "scale" as well when I am finished.

The intial image is a DFX file.

Hi Bonosurf,

There r various ways to go a head of it. 1 is by using DT(Design Table) the other simple one is by using "Tools--Equations" A window of equation is opened. Click on Tab "Add", use the apropriate formula as per required. In ur case keep Inner radius as Driver and Outer radius as Driven. (other dim can also be controlled).

Cheers,
