I am just curious what PDM system most companies use for Solidworks. I come from a Pro/E & Intralink background but may have to train myself in the ways of SolidWorks. Is there a user preference out there?
We are implementing SAP and use Gedas as an interface/pdm for SolidWorks. I have been looking for information online or forums to join that discuss SAP and Gedas. Unfortunately I have not found that yet. If anyone knows of any I would appreciate your help. Maybe we could start one here.
If you are looking to find out what PDM systems are available for Solidworks there is a product on the market that can be seen at www.designdatamanager.com this product is database driven and also supports proe, inventor, ironcad, and most windows based single file format documents.
